SMART developed exclusive content and brief bulletins on COVID-19 for community radio stations across India. The content, shared in seven languages, focused on states experiencing a surge in cases and served to address health aspects as well as other pandemic-related issues like the economic impact, mental health, and domestic violence. Targeted content for specific segments of the audience, such as women, children, farmers, and migrant workers, was also developed and shared. Additionally, the resource material was translated into seven languages, with the assistance of community radio stations in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Assam, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu.
